GoGlobal Sim Ltd Delivery & Returns
GoGlobal will dispatch the Goods within 3/5 working days after the date on which payment for your order was received/cleared, please allow 2 days for UK delivery after dispatch ,and 7/10 working days for overseas delivery. If we are unable to meet these timescales you will be contacted via the address or e-mail given. Timescales for delivery will depend upon the delivery option selected by you. GoGlobal make all reasonable efforts to deliver Goods within the times specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. Customers who choose Royal Mail next day delivery must order products before 10am. GoGlobal will notify you by email when the Goods have been dispatched. Please note that if you opt for 'next day' delivery you will be required to sign for the Goods on receipt (UK only).GoGlobal cannot be held responsible for international delivery.
All Goods are sent fully insured. You will be responsible for the Goods on delivery. We therefore recommend that you check that all packaging is intact and undamaged before signing for delivery of the Goods (UK) only.
If the Goods that you ordered are not received within 7 Working Days from the dispatchers email, then you should notify us by e-mail/telephone quoting your order number. We will note that the order has not yet been delivered and will contact the Royal Mail or courier. We may require you to complete certain forms for the Royal Mail or courier as evidence that the Goods have not been received by you. After completing an investigation into the non-delivery GoGlobal will refund any outstanding monies back to the customer or replace any lost items (UK only).
If the Goods are damaged in transit then you must notify us within 7 Working Days from receipt of the Goods. You must return the Goods and the packaging in which the Goods were delivered, to GoGlobal, in order for GoGlobal to claim against the courier for damage caused in transit or on route. GoGlobal will, deliver to you replacement Goods or refund to you in full, the price paid and refund any reasonable costs incurred for returning the Goods.(UK only)
GoGlobal cannot be held responsible for the late or non delivery of single products to customers living outside of the UK and Ireland.All overseas purchases will be tracked by GoGlobal until they leave the UK.The customer may request a special delivery by contacting GoGlobal customer services. See web site for details, any purchases over the value of £500.00 will be sent by courier.
On-line top ups will be FREE of any shipping charges. A top up pin number will sent by e-mail to the cutomers registered e-mail address only.On-line top up pin numbers may be redeemed one time only.There is a minimum of £10.00 per top up with a maximum of £50.00, at any one time.
In oder to receive inbound calls there must be a minimum balance of £1.00 at all times
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order provided they do so within 7 days of purchase and have not used the service. Customers who cancel their order will receive a credit less shipping fees and a £5.00 restocking fee.
These refunds will be issued after GoGlobal Customer Services reviews all usage on your account. This review will take a minimum of 7 working days from cancellation.
Customer's who have used the service or do not cancel within 7 days of purchase will not be able to cancel their order.
Refunds
Customers must contact GoGlobal customer Services before travelling in order to be eligible for a refund. If a call back is required the customer must provide GoGlobal Customer Services with a contact number or e-mail address, so they can be reached,in order for GoGlobal customer services to instigate a refund.
If you do not contact GoGlobal customer services before you travel , and only contact us after your return, refunds will be at the discretion of GoGlobal , as problems often cannot be verified or corrected once the customer has returned from their trip. GoGlobal will not be responsible for issues arising from user error if the customer has not contacted Customer Services.
GoGlobal will only give refunds on cancelled products or unused products within the timescales specified.
No refunds will be given for any used products without exception.
